WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE

As a Parts Research Analyst, you're the linchpin in ensuring seamless order completions by providing accurate, timely support and customer service for both internal and external stakeholders concerning parts inquiries. Your day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed quotes and handling order requests tailored to specific types of equipment. You tackle parts discrepancies head-on-researching, analyzing, and resolving issues related to purchases, shipments, and deliveries. Precision in maintaining records across multiple interfaces and diligently entering pertinent data into the company's systems is crucial.

You handle inbound calls, responding to industrial equipment parts inquiries with expertise. You enjoy using web-based tools, Adobe programs, hard copy manuals, and microfiche to perform thorough parts research, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A PARTS RESEARCH ANALYST

We're looking for someone who can work Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm while meeting the following qualifications:

Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills

High attention to detail, including precise data entry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is preferred but not required.
