Creative Dining Services is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor for the Haworth Hotel on the campus of Hope College, in Holland, Michigan. The Haworth Hotel is at the heart of Holland's historic downtown district and Hope College's lively campus, welcoming people worldwide for conferences, vacation stays, meetings and more.

The Night Auditor performs all aspects of customer service for hotel guests and provides administrative support for hotel staff.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• Greets and registers guests
• Acts as concierge for all hotel and conference guests
• Answers phone to take reservations, and cancellations
• Performs general administrative tasks as assigned
• Navigates POS system
• Counts cash and reconciles credit card payments
• All other duties assigned

Physical Demands/Work Environment

The Guest Services Representative position involves working in a hotel/office environment with responsibility to operate standard office equipment and reservation technology. May require extended working hours at times.
