Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Development Manager, Payroll Applications in Bridgewater, NJ. Summary: In this role, you will interface directly with varied business teams to provide feedback on what business users are asking for, current service, solution offerings as well as new service, solution offerings that compliment company and/or brand strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a technology related field, Computer Science, and/or Engineering)
  • Minimum 7 years of IT experience in working on HR, Payroll and Workforce Management Applications preferably in a retail field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Kronos WFC v8.1/Workforce Dimension
  • Experience with Kronos WFC Time & Attendance, Workforce Scheduling, Advance Scheduling, Budgeting, Forecasting, Kronos Analytics and Datahub
  • Experience with developing integrations between Kronos and other major HCM applications like Workday/PeopleSoft
  • Experience with Fashion/Apparel/Retail Industry
  • Demonstrate broad knowledge of information systems and architecture standards with expertise in multiple programming languages, applications, systems design, and project management methodologies
  • Demonstrate broad knowledge in business concepts, processes, and functional IT strategy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills to drive organizational change
  • Ability to analyze resources needed to meet objectives and solve problems
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas, comprehend written and verbal communications, and possess excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization, strong customer, quality, and results orientation
  • Knowledge of Work Force Dimension a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforces sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
