We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Landscaping Assistant Project Manager

to join our clients team.
As a

Landscaping Assistant Project Manager , you will be responsible for accurately assessing project requirements, estimating costs, and preparing bids for landscaping and outdoor construction projects. Your expertise in landscaping techniques, materials, and plant selection, combined with your ability to interpret landscape designs and specifications, will be essential in this role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure projects are completed within budget and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
Review landscape designs, blueprints, and specifications to understand project requirements.
Conduct on-site assessments and consultations to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation.
Collaborate with landscape architects, designers, and subcontractors to determine project scope, materials, and labor requirements.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and bids for landscaping projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
Analyze and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements.
Present cost estimates and bids to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Maintain documentation of all estimates, bids, and correspondence related to projects.
Monitor and track project costs throughout the duration of projects, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or changes.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Landscaping Project Estimator or similar role in the landscaping or construction industry.
Strong understanding of landscaping techniques, materials, and plant selection.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting landscape designs, blueprints, and technical drawings.
