Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning of Edina, MN is looking for a motivated full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our thriving HVAC business This admin position takes on a variety of customer services, admin duties, and dispatch responsibilities.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As our CSR and dispatcher, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. Using your professional and friendly attitude, you make outbound calls and answer incoming client calls to relay service-related information. You schedule appointments to provide prompt, convenient service. Maximizing our field technicians' time and mileage, you dispatch HVAC calls to field technicians. As necessary, you keep clients updated and informed.
Additionally, you take on administrative tasks as needed, including pulling permits, scheduling inspections, completing rebate paperwork and equipment registration, preparing follow up packets, and more You truly demonstrate your value as our dispatcher and CSR by working hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction
Customer Service Representative Qualifications
At least 2 years of verifiable customer service experience
Bilingual ability is a plus
Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
Any home services dispatch or call call center experience is a bonus
We will train the right person Are you dependable? Do you have excellent phone skills? Do you have a proven ability to meet or exceed set goals? Do you have good communication skills, both verbally and written? Are you attentive to detail? If so, then you might just be perfect for this CSR and dispatcher position
FULL-TIME WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time admin work schedule is Tuesday - Saturday with the following hours: Tuesday 7-4, Wednesday 7-4, Thursday 7-4, Friday 10-7, and Saturday 3-10 . However, the option for Sunday - Thursday is available as well. One weekend shift is required.
