Description

Part-Time Bartenders for Restaurant & Events

Lodge at Marconi is seeking part-time bartenders with a minimum of 2 years of fine dining experience. Familiarity with Aloha POS, wine knowledge, cocktail knowledge and exceptional customer service skills are a must. We are looking for individuals with a great sense of hospitality and the ability to work well with others. A flexible schedule including mornings, lunch shifts, nights, holidays and weekends is required. Candidates must be punctual, reliable, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $30 hourly for events, minimum wage plus tips for restaurant shifts

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

•Craft quality cocktails and serve other beverages
•Proper drink construction technique and policy adherence
•Engage with guests in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
•Focus on performance, productivity and teamwork for the entirety of the shift, start to finish
•Communicate to leadership and teammates when help/assistance is needed
•Demonstrate pour consistency and consistent drink-handling skills
•Perform bar top maintenance and stocking
•Maintain a clean work area
•Demonstrate accurate product knowledge

Qualifications

•1-2 years of experience in bartending
•Excellent customer service skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Knowledge of mixing drinks and cocktails
•US work authorization
