JOB DESCRIPTION: Purpose of the role: Ensure compliance with required accountancy standards to achieve audit clearance on a yearly basis. Collaborate with Senior Finance Manager to prepare information that is essential for decision making. Learn every day new things, and how to do that, but the most important thing is that you will provide your vision and experience to improve that process. Responsibilities: Ensure that transactions are recorded in a timely manner and posted to the respective ledger accounts, to achieve accuracy in internal, external and tax reports, by our ERP. Assist with financial audit and tax reports. Reconciliate bank accounts, account suppliers, other accounts. Analyse the differences and develop a plan to solve it. Attend suppliers’ requirements or issues. Be part of the improvements in our ERP, testing, understanding the logic and making proposals. Skills: Responsible, organized, decisive. Proactive person. Ability to work in a team, with initiative and autonomy. Experience: Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position. Excel high level. Knowledge of Sage will be a plus. English level B2. Qualifications: BA in Business Administration, Economics or Accountancy.
