Four Hands, a leader in lifestyle home furnishings, is looking to hire a Customer Care Coordinator in our Austin, TX, headquarters. The Customer Care Coordinator will support and provide excellent customer service to Four Hands clients.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Respond to customer service inquiries in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service.

* Identify the issue and facilitate the resolution, i.e. process return authorizations, credits and/or any other request to satisfy the customer issue.

* Determine customer service requirements by maintaining consistent contact with customers and the Account Executive; analyzing information and providing solutions

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with all Four Hands departments, providing exceptional internal and external customer service as needed

* Maintain a thorough knowledge of the order to cash process and show attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders

* Maximize customer operational performance by providing resources and technical advice and working to convert customers to using our website

* Maintain and improve customer-service quality; by resolving problems, building relationships, identifying customer service trends, determining system improvements, implementing change

* Work diligently to continuously improve the customer experience and the processes within the organization

* Actively participate in meetings and trainings

* Responsible for upholding the Core Values and being a valuable member of the Four Hands Team

* Other tasks as defined by Management

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred

* Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel

* Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently and stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment

* Exhibit a friendly and helpful manner and be able to work well with others in a team environment

* Excellent organizational skills

* Ability to make decisions and work independently

* Active and engaged listener, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various audiences
