Janitorial Professional

ServiceMaster of Allegany County is currently hiring for a part-time, janitorial service provider in Keyser, WV. The position would entail cleaning two individual locations. Work hours would be approximately 10 hours per week at one location. Wednesday & Saturday evenings after business hours and a second location Mon-Wed-Friday mornings for approximately 1-2 hours of cleaning per day. (The cleaner will be paid per visit with this smaller location)

Tasks include but are not limited to the following:

Damp-wiping and sanitizing flat surfaces, furniture, shelves, etc.

Emptying trash receptacles / replacing liners

Sanitizing and cleaning restrooms

Vacuuming carpeted surfaces

Sweeping and damp-mopping hard floor surfaces

Cleaning interior windows / ledges / blinds

High/low dusting

Applicant Requirements:

Must have valid driver's license and be able to drive to each location independently

Must be willing to complete a background check

Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
