This position will begin August 28th and last for 7 days. Our offices are closed Labor Day Monday, September 2nd.

SUMMARY: Attend to visitors and deal with inquires on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

•Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel.

•Answers incoming telephone calls and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.

•Takes and delivers messages via Outlook or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.

•Answers general questions about the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.

•Welcomes on-site visitors and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.

•Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required.

•Maintain calendar for main conference room

•Keep main conference room clean and stocked with supplies.

•Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.

•Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: None

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Accounting software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a valid driver license.
