Il nostro progetto

Innovamat una proposta didattica curricolare per tutti i cicli di istruzione, dalla scuola dellinfanzia alla scuola secondaria di secondo grado, che ha come obiettivo il superamento dellapprendimento meccanico e ripetitivo per soppiantarlo con un apprendimento manipolativo, significativo e per competenze.

Per farlo, offriamo alle scuole una serie di risorse didattiche ricche: materiali manipolativi, strumenti digitali, una piattaforma con interfaccia ludica e autoadattiva, formazione docenti e assistenza personalizzata continua.

In altre parole, vogliamo che la matematica diventi accessibile a tutti e aiuti gli alunni ad affrontare il mondo con spirito critico.

Innovamat gi presente in 9 paesi: Spagna, Cile, Colombia, Ecuador, Messico, Per, Stati Uniti, Italia e Brasile.

La tua missione da Innovamat

Sarai parte del nostro People team e avrai un ruolo chiave nel processo di integrazione di nuovi talenti nel team di Innovamat

Responsabilit da Innovamat

  • Il tuo ruolo sar contribuire allo sviluppo e al miglioramento del processo di selezione di Innovamat in modo da garantire la migliore acquisizione di talenti.

  • Preparerai e creerai la descrizione della posizione e selezionerai i candidati. Inoltre, recherai potenziali candidati per la posizione aperta.

  • Condurre interviste con il team delle Risorse Umane.

  • Il tuo compito sar allineare la tua ricerca con i responsabili delle assunzioni per determinare i candidati pi adatti.

  • Supervisionerai l'integrazione dei nuovi membri del team, garantendo una transizione senza intoppi.

  • Come parte del lavoro, promuoverai una cultura del benessere e creerai piani di formazione, ecc.

  • Ti occuperai delle attivit di gestione dell'ufficio nei nostri uffici di Milano. Ci include la gestione dell'ufficio, l'acquisto di forniture e la coordinazione con i fornitori.

  • Ti coordinerai con il team legale presso la sede centrale per la preparazione di gare d'appalto, approvvigionamenti e altre esigenze amministrative.

  • Supporterai i manager (e i loro team) nel raggiungere i loro obiettivi aziendali dal punto di vista della gestione delle risorse umane.

  • Avrai modo di conoscere e promuovere la nostra cultura e i meccanismi e le politiche che la supportano.

  • Ci aiuterai a promuovere un buon ambiente di lavoro per garantire che tutti in Innovamat siano felici nel loro lavoro quotidiano.

Cosa ci aspettiamo da te

  • Laurea in Scienze della Formazione e Sviluppo Risorse Umane, Psicologia del Lavoro, Economia Aziendale, o discipline simili

  • Livello nativo di italiano.

  • Livello intermedio in inglese o spagnolo(riesci a esprimerti in maniera autonoma e indipendente)

  • Disponibilit a viaggiare.

  • Passione per l'apprendimento e la presentazione di nuove idee.

  • Competenze comunicative essenziali.

  • Orientato ai dettagli, metodico e sistematico.

  • Proattivit e abilit analitiche nella risoluzione di problemi, con la capacit di imparare e adattarsi.

  • Competenza nelle tecnologie dell'informazione e della comunicazione (TIC).
