**$2,500 Signing Bonus - Direct placement - $52k-$69k**

**Job Description**

Review job specifications for material and set-up requirements. Perform or delegate set-up tasks. Monitor the equipment and product through the job run to ensure a high-quality product. Perform moderately complex troubleshooting related to product or equipment. Communicate effectively during shift and at shift hand-off. Evaluate mechanical condition of equipment and complete preventive maintenance, involving Maintenance as needed. Use computer-based workflow applications to manage files. Accurately document activities on Tier Boards and in relevant systems (MII, SAP), including material usage and equipment issues. Accurately mark, verify, and tag loads correctly to ensure inventory accuracy. Provide work direction to others, whether direct crew or other individuals in the workstream. Actively participate in company safety programs and contribute to a safe culture. Perform training as needed. Meet or exceed established quality and productivity standards utilizing standard work procedures. Implement, perform, and sustain housekeeping procedures to maintain work area and equipment. Participate in project teams as needed. Recommend and implement process improvements. Fill in for other Operators as needed, including covering absences or breaks.

**Qualifications**

+ Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher. Candidates with a vocational/technical degree are strongly preferred (EDU not required)

+ Experience leading and training others

+ Experience working in an industrial setting with a wide range of production machinery

+ Strong mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot, and work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues

+ Solid understanding of Lean concepts and continuous improvement

+ Competent with rulers and measurement

+ Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and production orders

+ Can regularly lift at least 5 lbs. above the shoulder as well as push, pull and lift at least 10 lbs occasionally up to 50 lbs

+ Regularly standing walking, crouching, bending, reaching and kneeling

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in Eagan, Minnesota.

**Work Environment**

You will be responsible for working as a Mid-Level Operator on our Core Publishing Solutions team. For this role, you would also be eligible for a $2,500 signing bonus upon being in the role for 90 days.

**Shift**

1st Shift - 6:30 - 2:30pm

2nd shift 2:30 pm 10:30 pm

Occasional overtime up to 4 hours per day and occasional weekend shifts
