SCOPE:

Candidate will work in the claims department, analyzing delay claims brought against the State within a geographic region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the workload within the geographic region assigned to them independently and think critically to make contractual decisions.
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field, or associates degree with 2 years experience in similar position, or 4 years experience in a similar position.
Experience reading and interpreting construction schedules required.
Similar position/s must include contract, project management and scheduling experience. Estimating experience preferred, but not required.
Must have a

driver's license valid in New York State and reliable means of transportation.
Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate with all management levels.
Must have exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Some NYS travel required.
PAY RATE:

$30.00

-$62.00

/Hourly Salary. Actual compensation will depend on the individuals qualifications, education, skills, and experience.

On-Site at the Syracuse, NY Office
