What We're Looking For
  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related degree
  • 2+ years of experience in Information Technology; OR
  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years of experience in Information Technology
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Ability to work onsite
What You'll Do as an IT Technician
  • Provide support for hardware and software calls
  • Resolve hardware problems including diagnosing, installing, reimaging, configuring, and testing PCs, Mac OS, printers, and other hardware
  • Install, diagnose, evaluate, and resolve desktop and mobile device software problems
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory
  • Provide on-call support 24/7 as part of an on-call rotation
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
