Fleet Operations Coordinator

Pro Staff is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Avon, MN. In this key role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our fleet management processes. Keep reading to learn more

Pay Rate: $21-24/hr, depending on experience
Shift: 7:30/8am to 4:30-5pm

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations involving MVR results, driver qualifications, and confidential reports.
  • Review and determine employee statuses, maintain HR records, and ensure timely reporting.
  • Administer HR transactions via the HCM system, including onboarding, transfers, and terminations.
  • Support operational processes and audits to uphold HR data integrity and compliance.
  • Provide quality customer service and resolve HR inquiries effectively.
  • Collaborate across corporate departments.
  • Complete assignments as directed by supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Experience in fleet, HR, or MVR background preferred.
  • Impeccable integrity aligned with company values.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (Workday, JDE, Tungsten) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
