**Description**

Beautiful facility under top-notch professional leadership team has an exciting opportunity Lead Cook - Full-time Days - This position ensures the preparation of food for service is according to menu plans and standardized recipes in a safe, efficient and timely manner. Individual is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen in the absence of the Food Service Manager.

**Requirements**

Must be able to work a flexible schedule

Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions

Must be able to read, write and understand English language

Must be able to process simple mathematical calculations: add, subtract, multiply, and divide

Must have knowledge of basic computer skills.

Must have attended Health Department Training.

**EDUCATION**

High School Diploma or equivalent.

**EXPERIENCE**

Minimum of three years working in the food service industry.

Restaurant experience preferred.
