???? The Opportunity: We're seeking an innovative individual to lead the design, development, and maintenance of secure identity and access management solutions for our cloud-based systems. If you're passionate about cloud architecture and eager to drive business capabilities forward, this role is for you

???? The Work Itself:

  • Design and implement IAM solutions for cloud-based systems, ensuring secure access controls and authentication mechanisms.
  • Develop cloud-deployed services, APIs, and serverless applications using infrastructure as code (Terraform).
  • Implement and maintain role-based access control models for granular access management.
  • Drive agile delivery processes, size stories, and research and recommend new solutions.
  • Enhance service reliability through monitoring, metric collection, and alerting.
  • Champion best practices in IAM processes and documentation.

???? The Skills You Bring:

  • AWS certifications preferred
  • Automation/security Python or Golang API development
  • Expertise in application and AWS architecture.
  • Proven experience in cloud-based IAM solutions.
  • SQL Data Engineering (Dbt, airflow)
  • Familiarity with open-source IAM frameworks.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and lead others.
  • Excellent technical documentation capabilities.
  • Strategic thinking and enterprise-wide perspective.
  • Proficiency in HashiCorp Terraform and automation scripting.
