Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Jr. Project Manager to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning:

Assist in creating detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and milestones. Collaborate with account managers, business development, customers, engineering, NOC, and service desk to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Contribute to resource allocation and budgeting processes. 2. Coordination and Communication:

Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and project managers. Organize and conduct regular project meetings, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and aligned. Act as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries. 3. Task Monitoring and Reporting:

Track project progress and ensure that tasks are completed on schedule. Generate regular status reports, highlighting key metrics and potential risks. Work closely with team members to address and resolve issues promptly. 4. Risk Management:

Identify and assess project risks, proposing mitigation strategies. Monitor potential issues and work collaboratively to implement risk management plans. 5. Documentation and Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports. Ensure that project records are organized and easily accessible. 6. Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders. Address stakeholder concerns and keep them informed about project developments. 7. Quality Assurance:

Collaborate with the project team to ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (project management, business, engineering, etc.).
