The Head of Acquisition will be based out of either the US or Canada. You will liaise closely with our Marketing team members who work out of our offices around the world.

In this role you will lead and successfully deliver on all new acquisition initiatives and spearhead our journey towards becoming a more data and customer-focused team.

What You Will Be Doing:

Supervise the execution of new acquisition activities for all our source markets.

Govern PPC campaigns and conversion optimization initiatives as well as manage our PPC agencies successfully in each source market

Champion SEO efforts to improve on-page rankings, organic traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates

Drive and lead all paid social media across all source markets.

Parse through data and reports to deliver insights and strategies on improving marketing performance across all channels

Track and measure the success of different acquisition activities, and driving improvements and next steps

Experience in channels outside of digital – such print, radio, etc. would be a bonus.

Refine and expand acquisition-related processes, structures and competencies

Liaise with our technology team to implement marketing-related technology tasks such as lead scoring models, reviewing Google Analytics implementation, etc.

What We Are Looking For:

Hands-on digital marketing experience across major channels (PPC, SEO, social media). This includes working on Google AdWords/Bing accounts, SEM Rush, developing reports, running analyses for the team, etc.

Experience working with agencies, consultants and freelancers to implement complex projects through them.

A university degree, and a minimum of 10 years of work experience with a focus on online marketing. At least 5 years of experience in a people management role.

Experience in successfully building and leading teams, as well as projects.

Experience in working for brands from the US market. A keen understanding of US, German and UK markets is a big plus.

Mastery over the English language and excellent communication skills. A high bias for action, keen eye for detail, excellent problem solving abilities and prioritization skills.
