Business Analysis Manager- Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance is performed after completion of the process or activity in scope. Quality Assurance must be completed by an independent group reviewing and evaluating a sample population. Quality Assurance results can be valuable to identify controls gaps that require remediation.
As a Business Analysis Manager- Quality Assurance in Know Your Customer, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our Quality Assurance initiatives, reporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You will operate in a matrixed environment supporting multiple executives. Our Quality Assurance operation includes a periodic detective control activitythat provides direct insights into the firm activities' adherence to regulatory (or other external) requirements, internal policies and procedures, as well as the performance of associated controls.
Job responsibilities
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, regulatory developments that you can convey to the organization
- Develop and implement initiatives to meet regulatory standards and internal objectives
- Utilize data and reporting to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Carry the culture in the Know Your Customer Quality Assurance space identifying opportunities and driving them from conception to implementation
- Conduct regular internal and external meetings (following up with meeting minutes) to track progress on projects and strategic initiatives, resolve issues, and facilitate effective communication and adoption between cross-functional teams
- Collaborate closely with GFCC Compliance, Risk, Exam Strategy, Operations, and IT departments to align KYC strategic initiatives with broader organizational goals while maintaining a control mindset
- Professional maturity and confidence in expressing a point of view with Senior/Executive Management
- Polished verbal and written communication skills including the ability to simplify and communicate complex issues for a variety of audiences; strong negotiation skills and proven organizational agility with the ability to work across all hierarchical and organizational lines; strong issue resolution skills
- Experience in developing and managing complex processes across multiple sites/geographies and proven track record in building good working relationship across global organizations and influencing change
- Advanced MS Office suite experience (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Project)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; proven ability to produce quality program reports timely and strong interpersonal skills (listening, negotiating, influencing, building trusting relationships)
- Must be able to deal with ambiguity, think critically, solve problems creatively, plan and meet deadlines, demonstrate strong sense of personal accountability coupled with flexibility to adapt to change in a fast paced environment
- Proven Track record in taking data, information, and turning it into executive presentations with a sense of urgency while simultaneously managing other large initiatives
- Excellent analytical skills; critical thinking skills and ability to "connect the dots", anticipate the next question, and recommend a course of action while maintaining a control mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field
- Previous Anti-money laundering/Know Your Customer and/or Line of Business experience
