Requirements

What we need from you:

  • A strong desire to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families
  • A compassionate attitude and sense of dedication to "be present" every day while working with both clients and your fellow team members
  • Be reliable and dependable-your clients and your team members will be counting on you.
  • A willingness to learn and open to constructive feedback for development
  • Because we value the safety of our clients and their families, we do require a background check.
What we require from you:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds.
  • Bending and squatting for up to an hour per day.
  • Kids are fast, so the ability to follow a child without restrictions throughout the center (sometimes at a rapid pace) is needed.
