McGeorge Toyota - Shop Parts Counter Person

We have an immediate opening for a Shop Parts Counter Person. This position is responsible for assisting Service Technicians and ASM's at the shop counter.

Some duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Assist Service Technicians and ASM's in selecting parts needed for repairs
  • Pull parts from stock
  • Keep inventory stocked
  • Billing parts to RO's
  • Ordering parts for RO's
  • Ability to navigate the EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog)
  • Assist in taking inventory

Job Requirements:

- Attention to detail is a must in this role

- High level of interpersonal skills and teamwork

- Previous dealership parts experience is helpful, but not required

- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is helpful, but not required

- Some heavy lifting required.
