The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in Financial Services industry in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States.

  • Be responsible for servicing retirement accounts + business partners (CSS + Advisor Services) for retirement accounts as well.
  • Receive work through a queue and will be responsible for supporting money movement for distribution of finances, cashiering functions, issuing checks, offer guidance on setting up accounts, handling requests for IRA funds, transfers, etc.
  • Be responsible for gathering information on accounts via an imaging system and plug into Schwab system.
  • Utilize multiple systems, 6 applications at a time.
  • Process distributions out of accounts. Handling federal and state tax withholdings.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • 1+ years: previous banking/financial ops experience (brokerage, banking/teller)
  • Money movement experience preferred.
  • Good and quick math skills, attention to detail
  • Data entry, processing with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to workwith multiple online applications/systems.
  • Ability to work with dual monitors.
  • Coachable, takes feedback well, attention to detail.
  • Good attendance, punctuality
