We are expanding and looking for an *Associate Dentist* who is passionate about clinical excellence, continuing education, and building long-term relationships with patients. *Duties* * Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and prosthodontics. * Utilize advanced dental technology including medical imaging and dental fabrication tools. * Assess patient needs through thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. * Ensure accurate documentation of medical and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Maintain aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety. * Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver efficient, high-quality care using four-handed dentistry techniques. * Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment options using clear dental terminology. * Stay current with developments in general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and other specialties as needed. *Requirements* * Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice in the designated area. * Experience in general dentistry with additional skills in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and medical imaging preferred. * Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, dental terminology, and infection control practices. * Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures. * Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively. * Experience working in a dental office or clinic environment is highly desirable. * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. * Ability to work efficiently within a team while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of patient care. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment dedicated to delivering outstanding dental services while fostering ongoing professional growth and development.
