About the Role: Assist Regional Safety Initiatives Assist in identifying hazards and unsafe acts on the shop floor Work with employees on the floor to identify new and safer ways to complete their jobs Implement and support all S&H programs, including Training and OSHA regulations, implementation of Company S&H Policies, Accident

Investigation/Reporting

and Regulatory Compliance programs. Provide on-going S&H support and guidance to plant management and employees Continuous interpretation and compliance planning for current and emerging regulatory requirements Work closely with ESH Managers to ensure a team approach is used to effectively monitor all ESH activities Monitor and proactively report S&H performance 50% - 75% local travel to Elk River and Hawley, Minnesota 5% travel outside assigned area Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in related field or a minimum of 5 years of relevant safety experience. Experience and competence in developing and implementing all aspects of an industry leading Safety and Health Program Strong communication and influencing skills from Senior Management to plant level employees Competent in coaching and teaching Bilingual a plus Ability to form, facilitate and maintain internal and cross functional teams and relationships Competent in federal, state and local S&H regulations and the regulatory agencies governing the assigned facilities We're always on the lookout for passionate individuals who are committed to Excellence and share our vision of a better future.
