A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HEAD HOUSEKEEPER

As a Head Housekeeper, you organize the day by assigning the rooms to be cleaned for that day and then inspect them to make sure they meet our high cleanliness standards. You also get to work with the front desk team to make sure that all rooms are being put into the system to be sold and ensure that all departing guests have vacated their rooms.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to manage a department of 10-12 people
• Leadership skills and the ability to hold team members accountable
• Good communication skills
