Responsibilities: As a PE Civil Engineer, you will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects, including site development, transportation infrastructure, and environmental projects. You will conduct feasibility studies and site investigations, analyzing data and preparing reports to support project proposals. Your role will involve designing and preparing construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using industry-standard software and tools. You will collaborate closely with clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and support staff throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Requirements:
    • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with specialization in Civil Engineering.
    • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site development and infrastructure projects.
    • Proficiency in civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar.
    • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., AASHTO, ASTM, local building codes).
    • Experience with project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
    • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with sustainable design practices and green infrastructure.
    • Knowledge of stormwater management, drainage design, and erosion control.
    • Familiarity with geotechnical investigations and foundation design.
    • Professional certifications or affiliations (e.g., LEED accreditation, ASCE membership).
    • Leadership and mentoring skills.
