Key responsibilities

  • You will create a consensus forecast to be used as part of the Kerry S&OP process
  • You will manage the monthly cadence for the Demand Planning process
  • You will generate and share reports required to provide insights and drive the demand planning process in Kerry
  • You will champion demand planning ways of working communicating with customers and sales teams, to drive improvements to the process
  • You will communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure outputs of demand plan are taken into consideration
  • You will support the enablement of development projects through to launch, and identify products delists, to minimize material risk and service failures
  • You will provide support and suggest solutions where business targets are not being realized
  • You will attend and contribute to Supply Chain meetings as required
  • You will train Supply Chain teams on Demand Planning best practices, use of forecasting accuracy and error measures to improve forecasting effectiveness.
Qualifications and skills
  • Experience, ideally in a forecasting or sales and operations planning (S&OP) environment
  • Experience using excel to manipulate and analyze data. Experience of SAP APO, Power BI and Excel is an advantage
  • Flexible approach- excellent leadership skills together with strong team ethic
  • Strong data analysis skills and effective communication to get action plans in place
  • Ability to work in a complex environment and deal with ambiguity
  • Strong negotiation skills with an ability to build rapport and influence across all levels in the organisation
  • Excellent self-management practices with a pro-active, energetic, and committed approach
  • Excellent presentation and report drafting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple streams of information optimally with attention to detail.


Compensation Data

The typical hiring range for this role is $62,906 to $92,755 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
