Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Primary Care Practice Administrator with extensive expertise in value-based care to lead the operations of our primary care practice. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of key programs such as Chronic Care Management (CCM), Principal Care Management (PCM), and Accountable Care Organizations (ACO).

This role is crucial in enhancing the practice's efficiency, quality of care, and patient satisfaction while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maximizing reimbursement under value-based care models. This position is full-time Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree in healthcare administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 3 years in a primary care setting.
  • Extensive experience with value-based care models and programs, particularly Chronic Care Management (CCM), Principal Care Management (PCM), and Accountable Care Organizations (ACO).
  • Proven track record in managing and improving quality care outcomes in a value-based care environment.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement related to CCM, PCM, and ACO programs.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality assurance, and financial management.
  • Proficiency in practice management software, electronic health records (EHR), and data analytics.
  • Other: Valid state-issued driver's license required. Must carry automobile liability insurance at limits required by agency. Must have own transportation.
