Job Purpose

The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for coordinating, processing and funding of commercial mortgage loans made by the Company, working closely with in house closing officers, underwriters and legal counsel in addition to representatives from the Company's various banking relationships.

Essential Job Functions (Duties/Responsibilities)

The Senior Treasury Analyst will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
  • Maintain and monitor line of credit activity under various bank agreements;
  • Project adequacy of credit lines based on pipeline;
  • Understand and maintain bank procedures and documentation required for loan fundings;
  • Provide required notice of upcoming loan fundings to banks;
  • Prepare and distribute required bank advance documentation for loan fundings;
  • Review, reconcile and approve monthly interest and fee invoices for various credit lines;
  • Prepare summary reports of line usage, interest and fees paid to banks;
  • Provide support for projects and other Treasury Desk related tasks.
Qualifications

Education: College degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Accounting.

Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience preferably in Treasury or Finance/Accounting.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills required.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills required.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Solid troubleshooting and resolution skills, particularly as it relates to Treasury Operations
  • Team player, but ability to be productive independently
  • Treasury workstation and/or bank software experience, a plus


Travel: None

Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. offers a competitive base salary and discretionary bonus. The starting base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000. The specific compensation that will be offered is based on an understanding of the hired candidates' qualifications at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on employee work performance reviewed during the course of the year. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits.
