Overview

Provides support, measurement, and governance to System Support operations to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks. Develops and oversees System Support processes, budget and metrics.

We have 2 teams:

  • Delivery & Support :
    • Oversees System Support AFP budget planning and execution to provide sufficient funding for operations and sponsored projects.
    • Provides operational portfolio dashboards and KPIs for initiatives, projects, incidents, vulnerabilities, problems, issues and risks.
  • Support Readiness :
    • Manages requests for enterprise system monitoring, Level 2+, and project support.
    • Coordinates support engagement for ARB and ORR to ensure operational readiness.
    • Maintain processes

Responsibilities

  • Perform research and analysis; may include quantitative and/or qualitative analysis.
  • Provide comprehensive day-to-day operational support for financial functions and audits.
  • Assist with Annual Financial Planning data validation tasks.
  • Utilize Excel or automated systems for data calls as assigned.
  • Provide analysis on incidents data for the team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective skill maintaining accuracy with attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to exercise initiative and good judgment to make sound decisions
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Effective organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Communication with impact and be committed to self-development
