We require a number of highly motivated Advisors / Order Processors to provide first class customer service and order processing support at a successful business service provider in Ashton-under Lyne.

The Role:

* Processing customers' orders via telephone, email and in house system

* Suggest alternatives for out-of-stock items

* Pro-actively solve any enquiries and keep customer informed at all times

* Escalate any issues to management

* Advise customers on realistic time frames and maximising customer satisfaction

* Work within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA) and KPI's

* Develop and maintain knowledge on systems and processes

* Communicate, co-ordinate and support colleagues internally

The Person

* Previous experience of customer service / order processing in a call centre / customer service environment

* Excellent administration and organisational skills

* Computer literate

* Polite, friendly telephone manner

* Excellent communication skills

* Reliable, can-do attitude
