Our sprawling facility includes three buildings: one dedicated to staff and production, another for welding and fabrication, and the largest building houses our most impressive machines and the majority of our skilled workforce. YOUR ROLE AS A BRIDGE MILL MACHINIST

As a new Bridge Mill Machinist at A to Z Machine Company, you can expect to dive into a dynamic role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth. Your typical day will involve setting up and operating machinery, reading blueprints, and ensuring the quality of finished products. You will work closely with our skilled team to meet production goals and exceed customer expectations. The schedule for this position is on the 2nd Shift, Monday to Wednesday from 3 pm to 3 am, and Thursday from 3 pm to Midnight.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

To excel as a Bridge Mill Machinist at A to Z Machine Company, you will need a strong foundation in machining techniques and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding technical drawings is essential for this role. Experience with operating bridge mills and CNC machinery will set you up for success in our fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges is crucial for ensuring precision and accuracy in your work. Additionally, knowledge of software systems like CAM/CAD programs will give you an edge in creating complex components.
