****About The Role****

The FP&A Manager, CX will play a pivotal role in supporting a very broad and multi-faceted organization. Youll have the outstanding opportunity to support a full P&L with revenue, COGS and margin responsibilities. You will own the monthly and quarterly forecasting, as well as annual and long-range planning of the Customer Experience org. You will own and improve existing models as well as develop new models and analyses, as needed.

Lattice is headquartered in San Francisco, California but we are open to remote candidates.

****Responsibilities****

* Partner with the CX leadership and become a trusted advisor to drive financial processes, strategic decision making and initiative prioritization

* Own and manage the organizations monthly, quarterly, annual and long-range planning with high financial predictability & accuracy; conducting performance, forecast & other financial metric review with leadership team

* Develop robust financial analysis models and complete ad-hoc business projects to streamline decision-making. Ensure financial objectives such as margins, growth, efficiency, productivity, etc. are appropriately analyzed and understood by business partners

* Partner with the companys accounting team for quarter-end close reporting, driving internal processes to maintain and improve predictability of financial results

* Prepare insightful analytics and presentations to help guide strategic directions and provide recommendations to senior management

****Requirements****

* 4+ years total work experience in strategic finance/fp&a, investment banking and/or private equity

* Advanced Excel skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills

* Experience in building trusting relationships and influencing others (incl. executive audiences)

* Collaborative team player who is also an independent thinker

* Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments
