Manufacturing Engineering Intern

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join our Target Rock team

Provide manufacturing input to manufacturing engineers by generating CAD drawings, Implement Lean Manufacturing methods and procedures, support smooth implementation of tooling packages for new capital equipment, Support manufacturing engineers in process improvement initiatives, Create and maintain tooling data sheets processes, Support and learn manufacturing methods and CNC programming and additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Location: East Farmingdale, NY

Salary/hourly rate: $17.00 - $19.00 hourly

Your Challenge

Education: Associate degree minimum in Manufacturing/Mechanical Technology or equivalent related field or a commensurate level of related experience.

Skills: Familiarity with Mastercam, technical writing, and assembly, CAD design, working knowledge of MS Office

Experience: Exposure to Lean concepts and advanced Excel usage.
