MLR is seeking a talented and compassionate ARRT certified Radiologic/CT Technologist to join our client's team. This role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays and CT scans, to support physicians in patient diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities of a CT Tech:
- Conduct high-quality radiographic and CT imaging as ordered by physicians.
- Ensure accurate patient positioning and utilize proper techniques for optimal imaging.
- Maintain and operate imaging equipment, ensuring it is safe and functional.
- Educate patients about procedures, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to review and interpret images.
- Maintain precise and complete patient records in compliance with hospital protocols.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures to ensure a safe environment for all.
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field required.
- ARRT Certification as a Radiologic Technologist required.
- Valid Washington State Licensure required.
- CT certification preferred or must be obtained within 9 months of employment.
- Previous experience in radiographic and CT imaging procedures is preferred.
