DIE REPAIR Technician

Job Title: Die Repair TechnicianPay rate: $22-$23 hourlyLocation: Edinburgh, INJob Duties: Use tools and dies to build fixtures; create dies as required to construct new fixtures Repair die molds and tools when needed Dissemble molds, jigs, tools, and fixtures, then reassemble when repaired Inspect completed tools and dies for signs of imperfection or damage that may affect functionality Regularly test all equipment, tools, and machines to ensure they are arranged and set properly and working efficiently Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized workspace Perform other related duties as assignedRequirements: Read and understand blueprints and complicated schematics as required to create and build new fixtures, tools, and machine parts Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to safely and accurately operate all measuring and production equipment Thorough understanding of metallic properties Ability to work independently, and with engineers and machinists The use of CAD software to create designs and/or turn designs into blueprints is a plusWhy should you apply: Company Benefits Room for Growth Shift: 2nd shift, 4pm-12am #CB
