GENERAL DUTIES INCLUDE:
* Interacting with clientele in person, via phone, text or email to assist them with their needs
*Becoming a product expert regarding everything Jaguar & Land Rover; helping to educate our guests about the brand and representing our company values appropriately is a requirement

*Executing a complete and thorough delivery (as well as re-delivery) after the point of sale to ensure client satisfaction
* Completing all assigned tasks (phone calls, texts, emails etc..) daily
*Scheduling appointments and handling customer concerns while maintaining a highly professional and positive attitude
* Working closely with all team members in other departments and within the organization.
* Assisting in merchandizing the dealership daily
* Entering complete data in the CRM for all guests and scheduling future follow up, in order to best serve our clientele

The Sales Associate Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.00 and $16.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.
