Administrative Specialist

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and two years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PeopleSoft FMS
- Experience with purchasing, invoicing, or vendor communications.
- Exceptional organization and times management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
To provide professional and administrative coordination of human resource and financial management activities.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for providing timely status updates.
- Serve as liaison to staff in other entity processing units and other support areas.
- Interacts with customer toward effective problem resolution and assists with questions regarding policies, procedures, and operations of the entity.
- Identifies operation problems and implements changes to provide solutions.
- Adheres to internal controls established for department.
Salary Range:Commensurate with experience.
