The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities at once. Flexibility, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a constantly changing and highly ambiguous business environment are key.TasksData (Netsuite, Excel):Run data pulls for Product Tracker (Excel)Paste raw data into the Weekly Raw Data fileSales tracking by day (Ordered)NS Item Master Maintenance:Double Check - Product Attributes (ie. Color, Size)Move SKUs from Discontinued to Inactive classification based on inventorySilver updates VA to check and submit NetSuite changes to SilverEnsure all fees are accounted for in Toolio and offline workbooksToolio:Setup new parents/SKUs in ToolioAdd parent plans to the system (Pricing, AUC, Units from Brief)Add new SKUs to Toolio weeklyAdjust sales forecast for delayed Test or Relaunch POsRun sales forecasting profiles in ToolioOwn re-forecasting of D parentsSupport Monday morning system sign-offFuture: Pricing SKU-level planningSkills & QualificationsNetSuite Experience is a plusToolio Experience is a plusBA/BS degree in a related field2 or more years of proven success in planning, financial analysis, and inventory managementRelentless about attention to detail and analytical mindsetAble to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlinesProficient in Microsoft ExcelAmazon experience is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExcellent communication and presentation skillsJob Details100% Remote Role based in Turkey Contractor position paid through Deel 40 hours per week Working hours: Monday Friday 6am 2pm EST We will provide equipment.
