Als Customer Success

Manager bij Blue10 bouw je samen met je team mee aan het succes van Blue10 én natuurlijk van onze klanten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klanten en zorgt ervoor dat zij het maximale uit onze software halen.Dat begint bij de onboarding, waarbij nieuwe klanten op weg worden geholpen bij de ingebruikname van Blue10. Daarna weet jij, aan de hand van automatisch gegenereerde signalen, precies welke klant jouw aandacht en ondersteuning goed kan gebruiken. Samen met de klant zorg je er vervolgens voor dat Blue10 blijft aansluiten op de (financiële) processen binnen hun organisatie.

Kort samengevat ziet jouw functie er als volgt uit:

Je bent aanspreekpunt en helpt klanten tijdens de onboarding van Blue10. Dit gebeurt via Microsoft Teams of bij een klant op locatie; Tijdens de onboarding neem je klanten mee in het hele (inkoop)proces en je zorgt ervoor dat Blue10 goed aansluit op de processen van de klant, inclusief aansluiting op het ERP-/ boekhoudsysteem wat gebruikt wordt; Na de onboarding onderhoud je contact met jouw klanten. Op basis van automatisch gegenereerde signalen, weet jij precies wanneer het weer tijd is om één van onze klanten ondersteuning te bieden bij gebruik van Blue10 en/of om hen naar de volgende fase te begeleiden; Je signaleert terugkerende vraagstukken en draagt intern suggesties aan om deze structureel op te lossen.

WIE BEN JIJ? Je bent Open, Eigenzinnig, Praktisch en Ondernemend;

Je bent analytisch en hebt affiniteit met (financiële) processen;

Je bent communicatief vaardig, klantgericht en ziet kansen voor zowel onze klanten als voor Blue10;

Je bent een gesprekspartner op niveau, creatief en denkt in oplossingen;

Ervaring in IT is geen vereiste. Je wordt vooral enthousiast van het écht verder helpen van onze klanten. Je bent pas tevreden als de klant dat ook is;

Je beschikt over een HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau.

WIE ZIJN WIJ?

Bij Blue10 gaan hard werken en plezier maken heel goedsamen. Wij geloven dat je mensen vanuit eigen verantwoordelijkheid de vrijheid moet geven om zelf invulling te geven aan werk, waarbij afwisseling tussen werkzaamheden centraal staat en repeterend werk tot een minimum wordt beperkt.

Administratieve processen bestaan grotendeels uit repeterende werkzaamheden en zijn daarom zeer geschikt om te automatiseren. Blue10 helpt organisaties met cloud software voor het automatiseren van administratieve processen, zoals de digitale verwerking van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen, pakbonnen en bonnetjes. Daarnaast gebruik je Blue10 voor het beheren van contracten, zodat alle inkoopafspraken op één plek centraal beschikbaar zijn en je op tijd geïnformeerd wordt als een contract afloopt.

Blue10 automatiseert repeterende werkzaamheden, controleert de volledigheid en kwaliteit van de administratie en geeft context aan gebruikers, bijvoorbeeld bij het goedkeuren of terugzoeken van facturen. Dat maakt Blue10 de ideale assistent op de financiële administratie van onze klanten.
