SUMMARY
Work in

the engineering

team to

design and develop new products for

vibration test equipment. It consists of unique electrical, hydraulic and mechanical components combined into custom systems. Most of these components are designed and manufactured by Team Corporation.
On occasion you will be asked to assist for post-sales support for products in the field. Your job will include customer interaction, trouble shooting, test set up and verification, demonstrations.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
This position is expected to work well with all departments including engineering, product management, production, purchasing and field service. Electrical Engineers will report to the Engineering Manager.

3.0

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Electrical design of integrated power and controls systems

Electrical schematics and panel arrangements

CAD drawings for Electrical control schematics

Programs for industrial controllers, VFDs, PLCs, etc.

Qualification test plans and troubleshooting for Vibration Test Systems

Perform mechanical and electrical work on electro-hydraulic vibration systems and components

Perform engineering analysis, testing, and trouble shooting

Electrical Circuit diagrams that integrate with Hydraulics, Control Manifolds, HPUs, Vibration Systems

Generation of detailed BOMs and process documentation

Engineering support for production, sales, materials, and service departments

Component selection mechanical & electrical VFDs, PLCs, Motor Starters, Transformers etc.

Circuit Board Design

European Electrical CE and UL compliance documentation

European Electrical CE and UL Risk assessment documentation

SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

FE/EIT certification is desirable

Experience with Electrical schematics and panel arrangements a must

Circuit Board Design preferred

3D solid modeling expertise - AutoDESK Inventor and AutoCAD preferred

Familiarity with general fabrication, machining and assembly procedures and techniques

Mechanical and electrical system integration experience

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

Energetic and motivated team player

Excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Requires a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, EEE, EE or equivalent B.S. degree

Experience with test and measurement instrumentation is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in Electrical design of integrated power and controls systems.
