This team also assists in the custom development of complex data management solutions and the deployment of the Harpin AI product to maximize its use and value.

Location: Hybrid (Regularly onsite at client in Ft. Lauderdale and work-from-home)

Position Overview
As a Program Manager you will lead and oversee a complex technical program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive the delivery of a high-impact technical project that have a meaningful impact on our clients and the company.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage a technical program, overseeing all aspects of planning, delivery, execution.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, senior management, product and project teams, to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Define program scope, objectives, and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of technical and business needs.
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, including schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets, and maintain alignment with strategic goals.
  • Identify program risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and monitor and communicate progress to minimize disruptions.
  • Allocate and manage resources efficiently, including project teams, to meet program objectives while optimizing resource utilization.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to best practices through regular reviews, quality checks, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Manage changes to program scope and requirements, ensuring that changes are properly documented, communicated, and approved.
  • Provide regular program status updates, performance metrics, and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent work experience; PMP or PgMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience 7+ years as a Technical Program Manager or similar role leading custom software development solutions for clients.
  • Experience with Data Management, Data Engineering, Data Governance, Master Data Management or related Data related solutions
  • Project management expertise, including familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of technological solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
