Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB sowie US-GAAP für mehrere Gesellschaften in der Gruppe
Erstellen und dokumentieren der wesentlichen Bilanzpositionen
Eigenständige Erarbeitung der HGB-Abschlüsse sowie Vorbereitung der Abschlussprüfungen
Eigenständige Bearbeitung aller anfallenden steuerlichen Fragen incl. Erstellung sämtlicher Statistiken und Meldungen an Finanzbehörden
Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Steuerprüfungen
Ermittlung und Dokumentation von Rückstellungen
Fachliche Anleitung der Accounting-Mitarbeiterinnen
Erstellung der wöchentlichen Cash-Flow Rechnung
Erstellung der Transferpreisdokumentation
Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer/ Steuerberater
Einhalten und Dokumentieren der SOX Richtlinien
Umsatzsteuermeldung der Organschaft
Verwaltung Anlagevermögen
Required Skills and Education
Kaufmännische Ausbildung
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Bereichen
Selbständiges Arbeiten
Organisationstalent
Gute Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Belastbarkeit
Gute EDV- und Englischkenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
