Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- You'll lend a hand and take care of the exterior and interior cleaning of our campers.
- Ensure customer add ons are in the vans and ready to go at pick up.
- You put a smile on our customers' faces when picking up and dropping off their campers, helping to make their roadsurfer journey unforgettable.
- You support the station team with all daily tasks and make sure that our #happyroadsurfer leave the yard happy.
- Assist in keeping the station cleaned and organized.
- Support the Station Supervisor in their absence.
- Hands-on mentality and a positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.
- Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- A job offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, and references check.
- Minium of 6 months experience in a customer facing role.
- Vehicle rentals, camping/lodging & RV/Camper Van experience is a plus.
- Station Hours of Operation: Monday through Sunday 9am - 6pm
- SEASONAL/TEMPORARY position until October 31, 2024
- Pay Range: $22 to $27 (internal Titel - Rental Agent)
- Working mostly outdoors
- PTO: We encourage time off and offer up to 20 days of accrued PTO a year
- Sick Leave: accrued by hours worked.
