Nesco Resource is seeking a Bilingual Level 1 End User Support Technician in the Greater Hempstead, NY Area. In this delivery engagement you will be given the opportunity to grow your technical skill set and client delivery skills while operating onsite within the IT Service Delivery Program. *Our client is looking for a technician who is fluent in Spanish* This opportunity is a contract to hire role and will be a dedicated onsite engagement. Skill Set Required: Windows 7,8,10 trouble shooting Familiar with Mac OS and IOS Smartboards, Interactive Flat Panels, Projectors Printer trouble shooting ( Bellmore/Merrick has Lexmark printing system ) Basic network knowledge Excellent Customer Service Knowledge of MS AD a plus Imaging Google Console experience is a major plus Must be punctual and able to be onsite M-F and able to adapt to different shift needs if/when they arise. The End User Tech will be our representation to the end customer and we seek solid Client Facing Skills from a Tech Delivery Perspective.
