Soliel is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our growing team. The candidate will work closely with our leadership, business development, and accounting teams to provide competitive pricing and proposal support to contribute to the company's continued growth and program delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct competitive research and analysis and develop price-to-win strategy for cost/price proposal.
Prepare project status report and funding analysis.
Develop cost and pricing template, model, and narrative, and be responsible for cost/price proposal.
Manage subcontractor pricing and proposal
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in pricing and cost proposals in government contracting, withfocus on IT services
2+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields
Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex and dynamic environment
Proficient with MS office, expert level with MS Excel
Preferred Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience working with government contracting and program office
Compensation :
Excellent compensation commensurate with experience in related field(s) and performance
