Title: Dietary Aide FLSA: Non-Exempt, Full-Time/37.5 hours per week Work Schedule: 12PM - 8PM, Monday - Friday with rotating weekends Wage Rate: $17 - $18.50 per hour, based on experience Sign-On Bonus: $500 paid in 2 increments, 6 months & 12 months Sedgebrook is recruiting for a hospitality focused Dietary Aide to join our team This position is responsible for preparing and serving therapeutic diet trays to health center residents in accordance with posted therapeutic diet menus. Qualifications: * Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic. Ability to understand measurements and conversions. * Ability to plan and organize work set up trays and plates in accordance with diet orders and interpret specifications and standards. * Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor and peers. Requires empathy for the elderly. * Food Service Hander Certification Required. * One year of dietary or server experience at a senior living community. #Sponsor
