Facilitate entire interview process by managing all parties involved, including the candidate and the hiring managers - ensure adherence to all state and federal laws, and company policies
Consult with hiring manager (and other interviewers) on each candidate and offer helpful insight to assist hiring manager in making final candidate selection
Solicit feedback from hiring managers concerning satisfaction level and adjust performance/staffing strategy according to the feedback to ensure continued customer satisfaction
Maintain necessary files covering applications, interview documents, and other pertinent hiring documentation
Perform exit interviews
Process employee status changes
Ensure positive applicant experience throughout the hiring process
Follow all staffing processes to ensure consistency
Remain compliant with our policies, processes and legal guidelines
Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Work under immediate supervision
