Job Responsibilities:

Formulating and executing marketing strategies Acquiring and retaining customers Planning and overseeing various activities including advertising, email campaigns, events, and social media Creating marketing programs and campaigns Cross-functional collaboration Reporting on marketing metrics Analyzing detailed data and analytic reports Leading the marketing team to deliver high-quality content Shaping and evolving the brand image Conceptualizing campaigns, casting models, location scouting, and defining the brand image Developing and executing key product marketing elements for class jewelry products Allocating marketing budget across print publications and digital advertising Driving customer acquisition through digital channels such as paid search, social, SEO, and email campaigns Planning and promoting in-store events and off-site parties

Entrepreneurial mindset Ability to cultivate long-term customer relationships Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional demeanor and appearance Team player mentality Bachelor's Degree Proficiency in Shopify Web Management with Photography skills Excellent editing skills in photography and videography Experience in analytical tracking Successful track record in creative social media campaigns (both paid and organic) Highly motivated, creative, and analytical individual Network of professional contacts for strategy implementation Must have copy writing experience Jewelers or luxury experience is a plus
